Drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for on-foot rhino tracking with a ranger. After lunch, proceed to Murchison Falls National Park and hike to the top of the falls to witness the Nile squeeze through a 7-meter gorge.
Start with an early morning game drive to spot lions, giraffes, elephants, and Cape buffalo. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise to the base of the falls—the “Devil’s Cauldron”—to see hippos and crocodiles.
After a morning game drive, depart for Kibale National Park. This scenic drive takes you through local villages and lush countryside. In the evening, enjoy a nature walk in the Bigodi Swamp Sanctuary.
Enter the forest for chimpanzee tracking. You will also encounter other primates like the Red Colobus and L’Hoest’s monkeys. Later, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive.
A morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains offers chances to see lions, leopards, and Uganda Kobs. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, home to one of the world’s highest concentrations of hippos.
Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest via the Ishasha Sector, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions. Continue to the misty rainforests of Bwindi, home to half of the world’s mountain gorillas.
The ultimate highlight: track mountain gorillas through the dense rainforest. After the encounter, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, the second-deepest lake in Africa, for an evening of relaxation and canoeing.
Drive to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah park. Enjoy an afternoon boat cruise to spot hippos, buffaloes, warthogs, and a variety of bird species.
Experience a 2-hour horseback riding safari to get close to the wildlife. Afterward, return to Kampala/Entebbe with a stop at the Uganda Equator for photographs and souvenir shopping before your flight.
